Privacy Policy

What data we collect

• Account information — your name and email address when you sign up
• Contact lists you upload — names, phone numbers, and email addresses of the recipients you provide for each blast
• Message content — the text of messages you draft, for the purpose of delivery and personalization
• Reply payloads — text of replies received from your recipients, so we can build your digest
• Usage data — blast count, channel mix, delivery status — for billing and analytics

Why we collect it

• To deliver your messages across the channels you selected
• To route replies back to you in a digest
• To calculate billing accurately
• To detect and prevent abuse of the platform

Retention

• Contact lists are retained only while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account closure
• Message content and reply payloads are redacted after 90 days
• Billing records are kept for 7 years as required by Israeli accounting law
• Waitlist data is kept until your account is created or until you ask us to delete it

Sub-processors

We pass data to the following third-party services to deliver the product:

• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Twilio — SMS delivery (US and IL numbers)
• Channel bridges — WhatsApp and Telegram delivery via bridge nodes hosted on our own infrastructure

We do not sell your data or your recipients' data to any third party.

GDPR and CCPA

If you are in the EU or California, you have additional rights regarding your personal data: the right to access, correct, delete, and export it, and the right to object to processing. To exercise these rights, email us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.

You are responsible for ensuring that the contact lists you upload comply with applicable law in your jurisdiction — including obtaining necessary consent from your recipients before contacting them via Relay.

Your rights

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your account and associated data
• Withdraw consent at any time by closing your account
