Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Relay ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are using Relay on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Relay is a cross-platform messaging broadcast service. It fans out messages you compose to recipient lists you provide across channels including WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, and Email, then returns reply digests. Relay does not guarantee delivery on third-party platforms and is not responsible for channel-level restrictions imposed by those platforms.

3. Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You may not share accounts or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.

4. Fees and Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Pay-as-you-go blasts are billed at $1.50 per blast at the time of send. All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Unpaid accounts may be suspended after a 7-day grace period. Prorated refunds are available within 7 days of a plan upgrade.

5. Prohibited Uses

You must not use Relay to:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam)
• Harass, threaten, or abuse any individual
• Contact recipients who have not consented to receive messages from you
• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or TCPA
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Attempt to bypass channel rate limits or platform policies

We reserve the right to suspend accounts in violation of these rules without notice.

6. Termination

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We may terminate your account for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days per our retention policy.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that messages will be delivered on any specific timeline. Third-party channel availability is outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relay and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
