Pricing FAQ
What counts as a blast?
One outbound campaign, regardless of channel mix. If you send to 20 people across WhatsApp, Telegram, and SMS in a single send, that is one blast.
Are SMS messages included?
SMS to US and IL numbers is included up to 10 messages per blast on Starter, and up to 50 per blast on Pro. Heavy SMS volume beyond those limits is metered separately at cost.
Can I bring my own WhatsApp or Telegram number?
Yes. Relay uses a personal-account bridge by default. Bring your own number to avoid platform rate-limits at scale, or use the WhatsApp Business API for large-volume production use.
What happens when I hit a cap?
You see a clear modal warning before any charges occur. There are no silent overages.
What is the refund policy?
Cancel anytime. Prorated refund available within 7 days of an upgrade.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately on a prorated basis. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
